kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine
is also provided. From the secluded approach to the property the entrance gate
opens onto a very private courtyard from which steps climb up to a sun roof
terrace which provides for day long sun for the sun worshippers. A downstairs
terrace opening from the living area and providing complete privacy looks down
on the beautiful sandy Arenal beach as well as giving a panoramic sea view and
a mixture or sun and shade throughout the day. The house is very close to shops
providing all the daily needs as well as a wide range of restaurants catering
for differing tastes and pockets.
